Our Early Childhood Center (ECC) classes are a ministry and a service of East Cross Methodist Church. We’ve offered classes since 1985 and they are designed to provide excellent and safe child care with early peer-group social experiences in a setting of Christian love and emphasizing Christian values.
We focus on being a child-centered, while care and learning are in a safe, healthy, loving, supportive and Christian environment. The daily activities planned for the children; the way we organize their environments; select toys and materials used; plan their daily schedule; talk with the children, are all designed to accomplish the goals of our curriculum and give each child a successful start in an early educational environment!
Our program’s mission….we are committed to creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that builds on children’s natural curiosities and their love of learning while enriching all areas of their development. Our program strives to build partnerships with families and create a community of support. It is our goal to provide a loving atmosphere that emphasizes healthy and safe development of the whole child.
