Summer Office Secretary
1. Answer phone calls and greet walk in guests.
2. Call guests who fill out a connect card and welcome them to the church.
3. Enter attendance for Worship Services and Small Groups into our online system.
4. Create and maintain current signage for classrooms.
5. Create monthly Generosity Box Flyers for Classroom Folders and Collection Boxes.
6. Create new Name Tags as needed.
7. Maintain a stock of Welcome Bags to give out to guests.
8. Mail weekly newsletters.
9. Create, Copy and Update Sunday Bulletins and Announcement Sheets.
10. Monitor supplies ( Paper, etc.) and let Pastor Chad or Pastor Aimee know to order as we get low.
11. Add events to the calendar as requested.
12. Complete tasks as assigned by the Ministerial and Administrative staff.

Contemporary Worship Director
East Cross Church is seeking a talented and dedicated Contemporary Worship Director to lead and grow our vibrant contemporary worship ministry. This part-time position is perfect for someone with a passion for music, creativity, and spiritual leadership who can inspire our congregation to connect with God in authentic, meaningful worship. The Contemporary Worship Director will plan and lead weekly services, collaborate with pastors and volunteer musicians, and help shape the worship culture of our church.
